Not sure exactly what was accomplished there. Looking at the share count I am going to guess that the Outboard shares are going to swing the vote for the increase and the extension provided becomes curious.

Interesting because the settlement for the first Outboard suit was on the 9th, the day before the extension was up on the 8k extension. My guess is the first Outboard suit used enough shares to place the 8K debentures into default.
