That's apples and oranges. If you take over a company on the NYSE you don't expect to see "manipulation" from a throng of well hidden shareholders. So, if you are use to working in an environement where people follow the rules, and you move into a different market environment not knowing the folks you are dealing with know how to "play around you" then your previous experience doesn't help you in dealing with the situation.
The folks playing the game know how to stay in the "grey" area of the law. Why do you think so many pink sheet companies are actually scams. It's been a learning experience for me. And, in the future, I don't care if the President of the US and the President of Russia start a company - if it's on the Pink Sheets - it can be manipulated. And I will not buy a pink sheet company again. However, once the manipulation was discovered, and the culprits identifed, after some research, I became satisfied I know who to trust to correct the situation. I trust McQuaid, Holt-Smith, Hock and Sinclair. As long as they are committed to the company and working to resolve the problems I'll stay with the investment.
Everyone has to make their own choice.
