"when that happens"

That has been the key for well over 18 months now, and that date keeps getting pushed back, and dilution increases significantly with each delay. You can minimize the delay all you want, but dilution hurts you as an investor, but you already have denied that fact, too, so I don't expect you to agree with anyone else concerned by the repeated delays, because to you, dilution apparently is meaningless.

IMHO it is more sound strategically to wait for a launch to occur and THEN PR it than it is to PR its imminent launch. One never knows what unforseen snags or hiccups may come along. IF a PR comes out and things dont go swimmingly perfect right away it will come off as a negative. Whereas if they wait there will be no dissappointment, it allows any issues to be dealt with and make sure things are running smooth and then PR it. Everyone would wait the interval time without any letdown because the didn't know there was a go date that had hit snags yet they would be happy when the news broke that it launched. There is just more downside to an announcement ahead of time as opposed to after the launch occurs. Hopefully ONEV has learned this lesson.
