First of all, the geologist doesn't even attempt to estimate or even discuss the PPS. The geologist is doing a report on the geology and/or oil and gas reserves on Hemi's leases in SE Kansas. The fact that Hemi Energy offers publicly traded shares has absolutely no bearing on what the geologist is creating a report on.
Secondly, since you already stated that some answers are unacceptable to you, it's unlikely that you can be enlighted as to the cause of the current SP.

Perhaps, with some effort you can enlighten yourself with an answer that suits you based on your own DD.

There is No connection btw pps and FMV based on Industry Standards for HMGP right now!

When certain News hits and / or the "Sold" sign goes Up...This security will make PinkieLand History..and for anyone holding shares...will be a Day to be remembered!

Brokerage houses and MM's will have to Adjust to FMV from their "Crimianl Funds"!
