Earlier today, SKRCO Inc. Company President Brian Conrad confirmed that the company had secured a market maker to work with to file all required paperwork with the appropriate regulatory authorities. Brian Conrad comments "We intend to file these documents once the company has completed the name change and forward split."
According to the announcement, the company also announces that after much consultation with our business and market professionals, the Board of Directors feels that it is in the best interest of the shareholders to lower the ratio of the forward stock split to 5:1 from the previous announcement of 10:1 announced on May 23, 2007.
