Because that's what the Bid is -- the best price you can get if you want to sell.

As far as my statement about the shares out there, you're being intentionally obtuse. I said there are boat-loads of shares out there '...to be dumped'. Clearly the 2.5M shares that traded for $15k or so that traded today is not much.

My point was that there are about EIGHT BILLION shares out there, held (as convertible preferred stock) by folks who have lent money to SMWF, and who have to dump those shares to recoup their investment.

If by 'manipulating' you mean those folks choosing to dump or not, then I would say that you're right.
