Dude, do you understand what a bank note is? Thats called you go to a bank, you get a loan, you make monthly payments. They dont take shares lol. A bank note is what this company has now, a line of credit so to speak. Dilution is over, and even with the most recent dilution, it was only 26 million. Yes it hurt the stock price, but that is over.
