50 million shares, $400,000 at today's price to arrange a $1.5 million "loan"? UNfriggenbelievable! The shares just flow out of that place like water..

It seems counter-productive and a little lofty for it to be ONLY the $1.5 million. The 50 million shares was a $500,000 value at day of transfer. We'll see. Anyway, that's pretty close to what I said for filing/new registration of A/S.

I was kind of hoping to hear Ugo come back with 50 million discs to retailers that would sell them for thousands of percent mark up and a 60/40 split ONEV :-)
