You seem to have a lot of energy and a fair grasp of Maxwell's criminal activities....along with how the stock price got to .05
Like everyone else,...including myself, you lack specific details of Alex's day to day efforts to save this company and its investments in time and equipment.
There is no way that anyone here can know where his efforts lead. An offer...a counter-offer, a partnership, investment with conditions...landlord negotiations, stock ownership, lease sharing arrangements.
It's just too much to keep up with....and I'm sure Alex is not talking.
I do not know where his efforts are in realtime...I simply know that he is looking at many many options to allow this company to succeed. I do know that things are not as doom and gloom as Thirstytwo attempts unsuccessfully to convey to this board.
There is no pressing time limit to get agreements finalized.
..I guess, until December when the note is due.
The price will hang in the .05 -.10 range and the company will still limp along until plans are finalized.
Hopefully....sooner than later.
So, why try to force the company to act quickly?
TIME LIMITS are our enemy.
We are in a better spot than the naked shorts....and I can't get a fill at .05
