Only as of this year. They have over 2.1MM in assets. That means they are profitable. That move was made very near that announcement.

Have you looked at the PR and filings and share count real close? And how recently they recieved some shares, and the size of those shares? Remember that Francis said, his would be using the A/S for acqusistions?

There is alot more than meets the eye. Sometimes you just gotta read and put the pieces together.
