To me it depends on whether dilution is justified.Raising money to expand is acceptable to me.Raising money to pay exorbant salaries is not. They have said this is the slow time of year,They are still delivering product which is a plus.Im a little teed at lack of an update,but not teed enough to be bashing because I can`t flip.If that`s what your looking for here,then my best advice to anyone is find one that has more volume & volitility.
