May, 22, 2008: The GLCC management and its advisors are also looking at ways of reducing the outstanding share structure from 169,000,000 to about 150,000,000 ... Both the company and its advisors are monitoring our current artificially suppressed share values.

150 million shares = 40 cents to 50 cents

However, I don't think we've seen anything yet.
