AGELS: My WW Oil and Gas, Inc has a numbered cusip 929367985; my broker is returning the certicate representing my shares to the Transfer Agent who will issue me either new shares marked Restricted with a new cusip number (929937R05) or the the cusip which will be in letters only (WOGI). In either case the shares will remain restricted under Rule 144.

My Tyche shares are marked restricted under the cusip "TYEG" in my broker account.
