Does the sec, when they have published their findings of some kind ever ever leave the expression "ongoing investigation..." when there is an "ongoing investigation"..... going on? I don't believe I've ever seen where they haven't and since you and the other Google Kings claim that the sec investigation into Megas/BCIT (collusion?)/stewie is ongoing shouldn't you be getting in touch with them and correcting that oversight?
