i must be really confused. let me exlpai what i think or the understanding that i have and maybe someone can help me out.
1-we have a stock-swvc-going pps is .02 cents per share.
2-we (swvc) find out that someone has a note payable at .001 per share.
3-being the note holder (cornel) i begin to collect on my loan so i begin pulling shares at .001 cent per share but stay under 5% which is in the note contract.
4-i (cornel) short the stock at goimg pps .02 cents locking in a price, then sell for anything under that price, getting the .02 short price and also any difference from .02 until i sell off the shares i redeamed at .001 cent.
5- i or (cornel) continue doing this until swvc has given/paid all the shares (payable at .001 per share) to satisfy my note redeamable at .001 cent, (swvc) gets for payment to cornel.
6-this note is now stated as being satisfied or paid off.
7-isn't this note done/complete/gone?
8-retail shareholders bought these shares and now hold these shares at a loss.
what am i missing.
hopefully i can get this posted (not a paid poster)

Much simpler. Shorters never have to cover,,,

1] If the stock Keeps Dropping + Reverse-Splitting,
although, they usually do, after the stock drops ~50% ,
to collect their CASH PROFITS, and SHORT TWICE AS MANY
more shares.

2] Or, even better, if the stock goes BK or Quits Trading,
because, then, the shorters DON'T EVEN PAY A COMMISSION to
Cover, and their Broker pays out ALL of the Shorter's
100% CASH PROFITS.

swvc longs seem to be in 2 groups. The largest group keeps
believing the obviously wrong 'info' + bad 'advice' that
keeps being repeated by the much smaller [but loudest] group.

extra, Sincerely. But, just opinions, based on Facts.

P.S. ; We believe that the loudest group is Not even mostly
swvc longs. Just mostly swvc flippers, trying to get 'lucky'.
[Or, maybe-not-really-outsiders, who keep getting 'lucky' ,
or pretending, for some reason, that may be explained when
their 'luck' runs out, right before they meet their new
long-term, over-friendly, room-mates.]

P.P.S. ; With swvc, luck is not necessary, for the shorters.
And, it's not illegal. So, there is no risk of involuntary
room-mating.
