I think you are mistaken. The R/S was just to reduce shares count only to make it more attractive. Everything else will be adjusted 1:20 Here is a portion of the filing:
"As of May 21, 2008, each stockholder’s percentage ownership interest in us and proportional voting power will remain virtually unchanged except for minor changes that will result from rounding fractional shares into whole shares. The rights and privileges of the holders of our Common Stock will be substantially unaffected by the Reverse Split.
