I'm not giving him credit, and you're right, he probably is an unwitting dupe, but he is capable of understanding that if he plays ball management will show him how to make money on the downside as well as the upside.
But my essential point was more about the method of employ that management may be using to line their own pockets...that's the ball to keep your eye on.
