IMO, a "Win" only counts when it brings in some significant REVENUE dollars.

An "agreement" or "contract" or "partnership", or "campaign" etc. etc, does not count as a "Win" until it actually brings in the REVENUE dollars. "Hopeful", or "Potential" revenues do not count. Only ACTUAL, FACTUAL, REAL, revenues count!
