Funny they have said stuff like that before. Like no change in share structure. Yet it must have been known that early investors preferred shares would be converted.
704 million --> 716 million then pinksheets seems to have been updated with false and misleading information by showing the share structure as back at 704 million. Then when the pinksheets filings were made the officers had given themselves ~150 million shares. And those "early investors" shares are back with an outstanding sharecount of 864 million and pretty much the promise of dilution in the pinksheets filing.

Where are those Chinese investors waiting in the wings? Geeez it has been months now. They must have forgotten?

What ever happened to the emergency meeting in China about the olympics?

What ever happened to the 8-k? A couple people here claimed it was done.

Now we have the new hero of the week, Taillifer off to China to bring back the goods? What no fax machine? Why aren't Hassoun and Tang doing this? I though they were the Chinese connection? Or was that Manuel? That hot potato just keeps getting passed around the room!
I hope Taillifer did not bring along some of his friends from frantech/globalCRG?, but well I guess with there offshore banking/brokerage and anonymous debit card and diploma mill skills maybe they could come in handy? It is a shame so many of the associates of frantech are in jail, convicted felons or have securities violations. Water is a commodity now, perhaps Scott R Serfling could help? ohhh too bad he is jail. LOL
Maybe Angelina Lazar could help with her FOREX skills? Ohh whoops she got in trouble for that......
