Your answer would be in the audit report....listed on the Liabilities section of the Balance Sheet!

marketphile.....Folks this post is worth re-reading and saving in your favorites file! Thanks MP!

"In all seriousness, we should keep in mind that money will never be a problem here. "Hey, Dad, can I borrow half a million to do some drilling?" "Sure, Scott, let me get my wallet..." Not quite that simple, of course, but it really is. :)

How many of you have called in and asked questions about expenses? That was one of my first questions. How are you funding the day-to-day operation of the company? Was one of the answers ever along the lines of "loans" from "people close to the company"? No names, of course, but it doesn't take much imagination to fill in some potential blanks. BTW, has anyone asked them if Scott's father is invested in the company? If not, I'll ask the next time I call."

This to me is the most compelling reason to invest in this stock. It wouldn't matter if there was a trillion dollars worth
of minerals in the ground if management couldn't put together
the funding or the partnerships to get it out. We definitely have
that in Scott and are very fortunate to have him at the helm.

MP, I feel as though all of us are selling Scott short when we continue to imply that his Dad's wallet is omni present for Scott's business endeavors. It is very possible that Scott could be making the loans to the company himself and or arranging financing using the global investor relationships he has developed over his accomplished 20 year mining career.
