the mms demand the shares or no run at all and maybe an sec investigation imho. it is called a fix and if the ceo doesn't play well the mms could care less. it is totally illegal but that is my elderly experience at 56 yrs old,and being in the pennies too many years.

The stock is currently twice the price that it's been trading for the past 2 months. I don't know that Sam is very market savvy but I imagine that, being in his position, he would have no reason to think that the price would go to .02 and that the opportunity to sell half as many shares for the same amount of money he would have gotten last week probably looked like a good enough opportunity for him. That's my best guess.

some of these longs would have Sam's ear especially the one who set up private, secret, board.They should be pleading for a bone or scrap of news. If more dilution or if oil takes a dive these people are history here.
all these momos should call Sam's office asking for an update
the squeaky well gets the oil!Wonder which MM is selling for Sammy now? 68 million new ones is a lot.I think this herd was close to breaking this but MM's asked Sam for more shares and he must need them sold. I think Sam has gaged himself with his new associations making him unable to release news at this time.These momos could still get a breaker here but if Sam issues more OS this is done until the quiet period comes to an end with good news.
