Those of you who have ears at CLYW please ask if the technology described on this Birsdstep/Alcatel press release infinges on the Patent.

If it does infringe, a suit would not be filed until the technology was in commercial use.

If it does not infringe, then this is clearly stiff competition for CLYW.

The Patent is what currently has investors interested in the stock. Press releases like this (the Alcatel one) may well be what moved the stock yesterday.
