PerfectEnergy International Limited filed a Certificate of Change to its Articles of Incorporation to effect a 4-to-1 reverse stock split ('Reverse Split') and a proportional decrease of its authorized number of shares of common stock ('Certificate') with the Secretary of State of Nevada. Pursuant to the Certificate, each four (4) shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share ('Old Common Stock'), of the Company issued and outstanding immediately prior to March 17, 2008 was automatically reclassified as and converted into one (1) share of common stock, par value $0.001 per share ('New Common Stock'), of the Company. Further, the total number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company was decreased from 377,000,000 to 94,250,000 shares.

PerfectEnergy International Limited announced revenues for the first fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2008 rose 558% to $10.4 million, from $1.6 million in revenues for the first fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2007. Net income for the first quarter ended January 31, 2008 was $1.3 million including $3 million in other income. This compares with a net loss of approximately $210,000, including other expenses of approximately $37,000 in the same period in 2007. Net income on an earnings per share basis for the first fiscal quarter of 2008 was $0.04 compared with a net loss per share of $0.01 in the same period a year ago.
