Hi Mary,
My impression of Mr. Lamb is he has a very lackadaisical attitude toward the interests of his “investors.” Why don’t we just make an announcement for a new Vancouver based investment company speculating in gold, uranium, and petroleum properties and spout platitudes about “developing” the properties and working on long term profits for our investors. We can just keep all the investor’s money, tell them nothing about our failure to achieve anything, rape the company treasury, and then drive the PPS so low everyone will bail out, including those left holding the empty bag. It must be all legal because the government, the brokerages, and the regulatory agencies will not lift a finger to stop us and it is probably as legal as it is immoral. My feeling is we are experiencing misfeasance, malfeasance, and nonfeasance on the part of those one would think have a fiduciary and legal responsibility to work in our interests.
