I agree that the reverse along with the new filing on Pinksheets doesn't make sense. Unless, the company is being bought out.

The O/S and A/S were not out of hand, so why the R/S? Remember that Pink's do not need to file 8K's or anything else.

The fact that new financials that we have all been waiting for have suddenly appeared also gives me the idea that either a buyout and R/M or merger is in the works.

This is purely speculation but....think about it.
