If they wanted to be transparent they would have stated 1) The increase amount. 2) What is was for. 3) A copy of the JV agreement between them and ADCS. 4) The share structure, including WHO has WHAT. 5) Details on the preferreds and the conversion rate. (you notice how they just glossed over that in the Pink Sheets report?)..etc etc...etc
Those are just the NORMAL things a fully reporting company does. That's the whole POINT to filings. Full disclosure. It's so an investor can make an open eyed decision whether or not to invest.
If investors get the impression that they are getting true info, they can forgive a LOT. But there's WAY too many questions... and no answers seem to be forthcoming. That leads people to think they are HIDING things.
