Don't tell 'strongus' !!! lol I don't believe it was PRd that Dalian was ever a done deal. The bottom fell out when EQBM trading was suspended, and financials were no longer adequate for EQBM shares to support the initial offer. I think everything has/had to been renegotiated, best I remember !!??
