I think that your comments were very well worded........

Let's also remember that the company has received next to nothing from the shares that have entered the market in the past year........the original 50M float was there from the beginning, having belonged to the previous shell shareholders. We simply bought their's, along with Munro's, once they became available. Out of that 50M, the company received nothing......

The company money was supposed to have come from those 504's they sold.........which apparantly little if any ever got paid for.......which is why they went to the Feds and TN AG's office to see what could be done about it.

And we were the ones who also bought those, not knowing at the time an illegal increase in the OS/float had occurred........but again, the company got nothing from it, or next to nothing, as we bought them from the scammers, not NSHV directly.

So while I absolutely agree with you that we put up our cash via investments in hopes that the combination of the music, TriMark and Questpay would eventually reward us X-fold over, none of those "investment dollars" ended up in the company's pockets.

What I see happening now is Sibbett walking a fine line, trying to placate everyone.........seed money, so that he can put TM into formal production mode.......shareholders, who he personally is responsible for in negating their original investments...........and original insiders, who put up their money to buy the shell in the first place, and initiate funding for the projects intended to be completed.

I will be watching closely to see how he works to make an equitable distribution to the satisfaction of hopefully everyone
