Now that I think about it more I think you're dead on that Rich and Logis aren't getting along too well. It seems that Rich initially sent out the first PR announcing Taiwan and $80M probably as soon as he got the letter from Logis. Most likely without Logis' permission or he had it and then they later asked him to retract his statement. The reason I believe it could be the latter is that the couple times I spoke to Rich (the first being when i visited the company last month) he said that the announcement from SEVU to the public brought a lot of attention to Logis in terms of competition, ie -- other security companies started contacting Taiwan and making bids for the deal. Taiwan wants SecureView though and we know that from Rich's comments and also my buddy whom I trust completely actually saw several agents from Taiwan at SeaView headquarters and out on Rich's boat in past 2 weeks. So we know Taiwan is not lost and Rich may be negotiating directly with them now and bypassing Logis. Rich has hinted at this in the past couple of PR's or Views as well with his "direct connection" comments. Is this a bad thing? We'll have to wait and see. If he seals the Taiwan deal then we can assume no and it may even improve the margins for SeaView. The other question is how much of an effect would a split from Logis jeopardize the 7th Armcor and other gov. projects? As I recall Col. Larry Hoffman was the liason for those deals so maybe not that much. Of course it's possible that Logis has merely given SEVU a hand-slap for the Taiwan PR and has decided to go incommunicado concerning the Anthony debacle so as not to disclose further confidential info. Remember Logis is a private company and they don't have to answer to anyone, especially LaShark (no offense).
