If IMA believes in recaf, then they buyout BOCX before that ever happens. If they don't, then recaf is probably not as marketable as we all hope it is. However, giving thought to your theory, maybe 75 cents is too optimistic. Maybe BOCX's share price tanks so bad that they pick it up for 25 cents per share or less.
PS- and they hire Dr. Moro.
