Athero, I have to agree with gfp, Cor is most certainly the underdog with long odds.

Stoll may have spent the last three years or so building the house, but from the outside, there isn't much to see. Maybe the place is rock solid and luxurious on the inside, but aesthetically, it is crap. It doesn't do any good if Cortex can't afford to finish, or live in, a masterfully built house.
He has done some things very well, but negotiating and marketing are not two of them. Good results could change that, which would vindicate his efforts, make us happy (and proud), and provide a bright future for Cortex.
Judy and Jerry-Your stories on conversations with Stoll are touching. I do enjoy them on a personal level, but Stoll's feedback has zero influence on my confidence in this investment.
