No, in fact he was in marketing and sales.
Talecris is well aware of transgenics and claim
to have some rights to the Daisy experiments. As of a
year ago they said that their first priorty was
to either go public or sell the company and if
they stayed as a viable company they might do their
own transgenic research.

I actually tried to stir some interest in GTCB from
them without success.
