That 1.1 Bil OS is the reason everyone is scared of QEDC, they will not want to hold a stock that has had a RS in 2007, only to increase the OS so fast. THAT is an indication they are not wanting to build investor relations, and are likely to start dilution again any time. That is also the reason for the .0001 low.
IMO, to hold very long would be a very big gamble.
