Petroleum Intelligence Weekly or 2008 Energy Intelligence Group, Inc. or whoever wrote the article has left me a little confused. Down towards the end of the article it says:

"Addax, for example, is carrying
Nigerian-owned and US-listed ERHC Energy’s
stakes of 7.3%, 10% and 17.7% in Blocks 2, 3 and 4,
respectively."

I thought ERHE's percents for blocks 2, 3, and 4 were:

JDZ Block 2: 22.0%
JDZ Block 3: 10.0%
JDZ Block 4: 26.7%

Homeport Source of Story & Link please

there is alot of BS in this story and incorrect facts.

I would tend to think Addax did not bite off more than they can chew, but rather added smartly to their already deepwater portfolio and increased rig exposure and info sharing

Oh boy, does this read like a "planted" story or what? Perhaps the author ought to listen to recent Addax presentations.

Addax believes that having percentages in four JDZ blocks makes coooperative drilling efforts more, not less, commercially viable.

And if Block 4 is so unpromising, what was all the fuss with Anadarko and Exxon about?
