I think tomorrow around 9:15 would be a good time for that to happen. Any other day other then tomorrow I feel Brian won't be happy to be new CEO nor us be happy shareholders

I would think the first announcement would be that his company, One Source Development Inc, had merged with ADCS effective 3/22. Probably won't hear anything about his other company, Angel Business Consulting, though unless that was where the "fully funded" PR came from.
