yep..If this was a P/D..it was done by some hillbillys..They could of run this to a penny easy just on some hype PRS

If they had any strong news, they better not wait until tomorrow morning to do it. Most people would have seen this PR by morning and already have their Market orders submitted. IMO, this stock is going take a nosedive tomorrow morning no matter what. You just can't expect people to sit there and hold while being told that their shares are going to be worth less (w/o any mention of HOW MUCH dilution).
