Wouldn't the broker want to push up the PPS as far as possible to make a higher commission and to also increase the capital for the company as much as possible?
Ozzy, you answer makes the most sense and is right in line with the KISS theory. I don't like it but that is what I have been thinking also. That is why I ask the question about the change in OS since the last report.
It could also be an insider who wants to divest their investment. Would have the same affect for us but it would not put any $$ in the company coffers.
Most likely you are wrong. My broker just told me that those AH prints are from MM's repositioning there shares--that is trading shares when one MM's is low on shares. That is the answer got from an actual broker who had asked the MM's the same question more than once in the past.
Now what do we get from that info.? Well it seems to me that the MM's do not have as many shares as some on here would suggest. It also means that there is a better answer than blaming the AH on dilution.
