Oz, I really don't care about the opinion. But some of the AH have been buys (charts show that). As for their use, I have no idea. Etrade Pro has the EOD info (including AH) and a the acc-dist/RSI/other indicators show certain AH's as buys, some sells.

There are many things that do not add up in that conclusion. If it is MM's selling, they do not always get what they can, because one day the T trades came out less than anybody ever was on bid for that day.

In a case where the T trade is lower than any bid shown all day I suspect that the T trades are often MM's trading shares to each other at a discount. I had asked my broker about similar situations with other stocks, and that is one explanation they gave me. More to support that idea is the fact that some days the MM's take a long time to fill orders as if they are waiting for a sell to fill a buy. It seems to suggest that they they do not all have a lot of shares on hand.

Some people say that there is no way to keep this down w/o dilution, but that is just not true. The MM's have many tactics, including naked shorting to hold down stocks. If some of you forgot, there were at least 12M undelivered shares when we had dropped down to around .02. I have read that the MM's have tactics to avoid delivering shares while they make it appear that they have delivered on time.

Even if there was some dilution, the T trades cannot all be dilution. We'd be pretty much out of shares by now if that were the case. Plus, I think HFBV would want to get more than the minimum bid or more than less than the minimum bid as was the case one day last week.

Another explanation for at least part of the AH is that the MM's are not showing all all the normal trades during the day. I know for a fact they they did not show several of my buys. However that still does not explain an AH that is lower than any bid or trade during the day. Somehow somebody is getting a lot of cheap shares relative to the middle to high of the trading range.

These AH prints need a lot more explaining, and dilution does not cover it IMO.

A lot of crazy stuff gong on here but we will get distribution news soon. A lot of good things going with HFBV. Silence does not mean nothing is happening.
