Because it's a POS just like all the other POS companies out there. I can't believe it, this is the second stock in as many days that I've purchased that had a good strong rally beginning, only to have an S-8 released.

Oh well, it all comes down to how the MM's handle it. Not to mention someone has to sell these shares, so the higher the pps, the more they make. And from my understanding, it usually takes 2-3 days from the date of the S-8 for the shares to hit the market, so perhaps the rally isn't over (yet).

We shall see.

hard to tell right here bluedodge, should have a nice feeling of movement shortly after the bell. as long as seller stays away or sells in small increments it should be fine. welcome to ATS btw ;- )
