Jean-Claude Gandur will meet with the Geneva financial community during an Addax financial presentation in Hotel Metropole, Geneva, on June 6, 2008. I will participate and ask the questions "When will the drillbit hit the ocean floor in block 4? Which drillship?".

This is an excellent occasion to get updated, first hand information from our block 4 operator. If anyone has questions for JCG let me know. I will report back to the board after the meeting like I did for the Centurion presentation.

Addax Petroleum is an international oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Africa and Middle East. Oil volumes in the first quarter 2008 averaged 109,700 barrels per day in Nigeria and 29,400 barrels per day in Gabon for a total of 139,100 barrels per day. Addax Petroleum has given production guidance for 2008 of 140,000 to 145,000 barrels per day.

Previous drilling at the Taq Taq Project in Kurdistan met with success. Taq Taq is 60 km north of the giant Kirkuk oilfield (45% Addax). The company expects first oil production in the second half on 2008, averaging 4,500 barrels of oil per day in the fourth quarter 2008. The company plans at least two development wells in 2008 with the first well to spud in June/July 2008.

Until we drill, nobody knows how much oil is really there. If you knew as much as you claim, you'd know that. Just ask a real petroleum engineer who is working in the GOG today and that's what they will tell you.....

From looking at your posting history, it's obvious that you post very little when ERHC is flat or going down.. Once ERHC starts moving up, you appear and start talking about an "Ocean Well"..

I'm long and strong on ERHC but I'm not pumping it.

Now we can start drilling this MONSTER. I just picked up additional cheap shares@0.369.


The big dome at Kina (block 4) makes the structure at Agbami looks like a child's play. If you look carefully at KINA's seismic profile, you would notice that the head of the dome started at approximately 700 m (approx. 2100 ft) below the 36 inches casing shoe and continues for more than 6000 ft dowhhole.

What I found rather moe interesting too is the width of the pool that streches through the MEANDERING CHANNEL! From the seismic profle, it is clear that the width of the payzone increases as we go deeper into the formation.

This is what some geologist call "OCEAN WELL". Oil that flows beneath the ground like an OCEAN!.
