I have heard that there was threatened legal action against some people that were trying to bring harm to the company.

However, I am quite sure that no one's physical well-being was threatened by anyone from the company.

Unlike the reverse.....BB stated during the conference call that there had been threats made to him concerning the well-being of him and his family. I think he stated that was crossing the line...or some such. Do you know who would be making physical threats against the officers of the company?
Now that I could believe because there are some real nut cases out there.

whistles, don't even try to insinuate that any officer of the company made any threats against someone's physical well-being. That is not true. That borders on the ridiculous!

Legal threats...financial threats...makes sense to me, but I would have no way of knowing for sure.

Whistles...give us some proof. If not, this is not a forum to make accusations of crimes by company officials without proof. Not a good idea.
