O/S is maxed
O/S needs to increase at least 100mil to make deal

Question is where will A/S and O/S end up...No one wants to buy to high and have the deal fall thru or get 100mil dumped into O/S higher than it is....

sit and wait....no guarantees it will complete the deal...no change in SS to date...
