I read the S1 pretty carefully.... It appears all the early investors (pre-IPO and private placements) have registered to sell their shares...

I think the recent downtrend is due to some of this as they are long from way under $1 and the float is very low.

Further, the insider buying was at $2.77... and they have equity financing arranged at $6.10 min PPS.

This all points to something being announced that will push the PPS over $6 and produce liquidity for those who want to sell.
