I can only give you what my last conversation was with him. I will post what I find out, if anything, the next time I talk to him. I think the comment about the PR for the CEO Coming would be enough. It is for me. GLTY buddy.

Duke and all investors/potential investors.
I have been trying to get ahold of MSTF all day. I finally grew tired and decided to do what I did last time. I dug out Mr. Phams phone # from an old 8K and called him. 949-373-7287. After a brief conversation with Mr. Pham as he is no longer the CEO of MSTF, but he did know they were now on the Pinks, he provided me with Mr Szots #. 949-373-7286. Still seems ODD to me that their #s are only one digit off. So I thought maybe they are cell phones and Mr. Pham was allowed to keep his when he left the Co. NOT. I Did a little digging and found out that these are landlines. To verify this I asked Mr. Szot if I was bothering him on his cell phone or if it was an office phone. His reply was that it was his direct line to his office. Conversation with Mr. Szot went well. I asked him why Mr. Mcdermott and Mr. Comte were elected to the board of directors in the first place? He said he wasn't sure why they were there. I asked him if Mr. Friedberg was still on the BOD and his reply was yes he is. When I said Mr. Friedberg was IMO a pretty sharp guy from what I have read about him he said everyone on the BOD was. I asked him who the new CEO was. He said Mr. Walters was the interim/acting CEO at the time. I asked if they would be announceing a new CEO and he said it would most likely be in a PR and not a filing seeing they don't file anymore. I also asked him if he knew what the O/S were at this time seeing they use Transfer Online and they don't give out numbers on any of their clients. He said he was Guessing but he thought it would be somewhere around 75 Mil. I also told him that I had looked at the A/S this morning and he agreed it is still 400 Mil. NOW. I don't expect anyone here to believe me because you don't know me from ADAM. So I invite you to call Mr. Szot 949-373-7286 and verify what I have posted. Remember they are in CA. So you can probably get ahold of him after 12:00/1:00 easter or even after tradeing hours, like maybe, NOW. Good Luck to everyone.
