The dividend that people are talking about is for the sale of a subsidiary (LGN) of ISBL to BGGR.

BGGR still holds the right to acquire ISBL's assets FIRST, per the latest agreement. If that happens, which is a possibility, then another ex-date will probably be set (for the remaining assets).
