There's no more Tardy Notes available. They only get one per filing. Don't file on time after an NT extension, they get an E appended to the symbol...don't file within 30 days of that, they go Pink.

Oh ya, and one other little bit...the 2005 3 strikes and you're out rule. Filing NT's is fine, and common, but don't be late after the extension, swish, swish, swish and they're outta there.

----------

Rule 6530, (the "Eligibility Rule"). Under the rule change, OverThe-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") issuers that fail to file a "Periodic Report" (10-Q's, 10-K's, 10-QSB's and 10-KSB's) with the Commission on the due date of such report, or after such extension provided by the filing of a Form 12b-25, three (3) times in any 24-month period are removed from quotation on the OTCBB for a period of one ( 1 ) year following such removal. The new rule applies to any reporting period ending after October 1, 2005.

The 10-Q will be out on either Monday or Tuesday. Each

assets totaling approximately $30 million and has current
projected pro forma annualized revenues of $36 - $40 million
based on North Country projected revenues and Hackett’s
annualized revenues once all former WiseBuys stores are
converted and operate for a full year. Below is a comparison
of select reported financial data of the Company as of
December 31, 2007 and June 30, 2007, prior to current
management involvement:
