a little curious but not of the opinion that they will impact it much yet...who knows--very much looking forward to the #'s though---all these other companies i have to sit there and sweat out the earnings release--this one i can just sit back and wait for the cake to fall in my mouth---i hope Arne does financials 1st, then mason news, then news of other acquisition--he potentially has so many bullets he can keep the big MO going this time and slowly rachet up the stock price while putting the squeeze on the shorts' nuts

"Shouldn't" be any 'lil' on the 2nd quarter 10Q we are waiting on, except for/other than informational purposes due to the filing date/completion, and about shares, etc....

LTI deal was signed/closed during the 3rd quarter, (on April 30/May 1st), for Ariel Way beneficial financial reporting... see Recent 8K filing - Exhibit 2.1 - Section 1.2 - 2nd paragraph, specifically... eh?
