Yes, I am aware of the intent in your prior post...all valid points and well made. So at best, we could conceive that there is little monetary effort being made in developing and implementing an OMI backend. Does that pretty much describe your premise?
Perhaps it suggests that somebody else is building that aspect of it because NEOM has no long-term intentions of managing a gigantic, complex and labor-intensive transactional hub? Maybe some kind of joint effort that hasn't been revealed?
