Well, I would guess, like most penny stocks, that they have a continual need for money.. A R/S just to bring the pps up to sell into will not attract many buyers at all.. If good news is coming in a few weeks, I would expect pump and hype and dilution long before a R/S... Any R/S will shut down investor interest for a long time as most everyone knows that stocks tend to tank for awhile after a R/S... JMO.
