Where does the 250K come from?

Maybe we just paid for it? That's why they held off this filing until the selling was over...Up from here? If they still have to raise it through the market, I'm sure they would have kept the filing off the books to avoid a sell off, yes?

And, as dirtdealer, er, dug up (hehe) the transaction with JPT is to be done with restricted shares...so o/s is 330M now, deal done?
